Vice Premier Hui Liangyu on Wednesday mourned the late Saudi Crown Prince Sultan bin Abdul-Aziz Al Saud on behalf of the Chinese government at the country's embassy in Beijing. Hui presented a wreath and signed the condolence book. Saudi Ambassador to China Yahya A. S. Alzaid expressed appreciation of China's condolences. Senior officials with China's Foreign Ministry, Ministry of Commerce, National Energy Administration, and State Administration for Religious Affairs were also present to offer condolences. Crown Prince Sultan, who is one of the top figures in the oil-rich kingdom, died on Oct. 22 in New York.
