Chinese Defense Minister Liang Guanglie met here Friday with Zbigniew Glowienka, commander of the Land Forces of the Polish Armed Forces, pledging to deepen exchanges and pragmatic cooperation with the Polish army. Liang said bilateral relations have achieved sound development in recent years, featuring increasing political mutual trust and deepening cooperation in various fields. The two countries also experienced good momentum in the development of bilateral military relations, he said, noting frequent high-level visits, successful exchange programs and expanding professional communication and cooperation. He said the Chinese armed forces are willing to enhance pragmatic cooperation with the Polish armed forces, in a bid to lift bilateral military ties to a new level. Glowienka said his delegation noticed the accomplishments of China's development and felt friendliness from the Chinese people during the visit.
