Islamabad - Arab Today

State Minister for Power Chaudhary Abid Sher Ali on Saturday said the government had improved the capability of law enforcing agencies to ensure
full safety and security to lives and properties of
the masses on modern lines.
This was said by him while visiting the residence of
recovered abductee boy Hamza Javaid at Nazimabad here.
He said the latest technology and gadgets had been
provided to the police besides recruiting Dolphin Force
to take prompt action against criminals.
He appreciated the performance of Faisalabad police
in recovering abductees and said that culprits
involved in this heinous crime would not be tolerated
at any cost.
He also awarded cash prize to SHO Factory Area Aftab
Waseem and said that excellent performance of police officials
would be regarded at all levels.
Responding to a question, the state minister said
that 90 per cent loadshedding had been eliminated in the
country and Pakistan will be self-sufficient in energy
very soon after completion of ongoing energy projects.
To another query, he said the PML-N government would
complete its constitutional tenure and general elections
would be held in time despite sit-ins and protests.
