Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen will lead a high level delegation to attend the ASEAN Summit and Summits between ASEAN and dialogue partners on Nov. 17-19 in Bali, Indonesia, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation said on Monday. On the sidelines of the summits, Hun Sen will hold bilateral meetings with Indonesian President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono, Singapore's Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong and India's Prime Minister Manmohan Singh. Hun Sen said he hoped the upcoming summits "will come to fruition" despite a few difficulties. The ASEAN Summit and related Summits include the 19th ASEAN Summit, ASEAN-China Commemorative Summit, 14th ASEAN-Japan Summit, 14th ASEAN-South Korea Summit, 4th ASEAN-United Nations Summit, 9th ASEAN-India Summit, 3rd ASEAN-United States Leaders' meeting, 6th East Asia Summit, Mekong-Japan Summit and 14th ASEAN Plus Three Summit. The Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) groups Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.
