Brussels Central railway station has been evacuated after two suspect suitcases were found.
The Gare Centrale and the nearby Carrefour de l'Europe hotel were cleared by police around midday, The Independent reported.
The suitcases were removed and the station and the nearby square have since been reopened.
The evacuation came a day after police arrested 12 terror suspects feared to be plotting imminent attacks in Belgium.
At least 12 people were arrested and 40 detained after police launched overnight raids across the capital and elsewhere in the country on Friday.
