Bahrain defence force commander meets with GCC naval commanders

Bahrain Defense Force Commander-in-Chief Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa met here today with GCC Naval Commanders on the occasion of convening their extraordinary meeting hosted by Bahrain Defense Force (BDF). The BDF Commander-in-Chief praised the efforts of GCC Naval Commanders in consolidating mutual cooperation and ongoing coordinative meetings aimed to boost efficient joint work and consolidate relations and shed light on developing existing naval cooperation between GCC Armed Forces. The meeting was attended by Major-General Shaikh Duaij bin Salman Al Khalifa, the Chief of Staff of Bahrain; Major-General Khalifa bin Hamad Al-Ka'bi, GCC Assistant Secretary General for Military Affairs; Major-General Yusuf Ahmed Al-Jalahma, Director of the BDF Headquarters; Major-General Dhiab Saqr Al-Nuaimi, Assistant Chief of Staff for Operations; and a number of senior BDF officers.
