
Body of Turkish shepherd from northeastern province of Kars who was killed by Armenian soldiers when he crossed border into Armenia, has been brought in Turkey. The 35 year-old shepherd was killed when Armenian soldiers opened fire on him after he crossed the border into Armenia while tending livestock. His body was sent to Turkey's eastern province of Erzurum for postmortem. Governor of Kars Eyup Tepe said "Our citizen lost his life after being wounded. There is disproportionate intervention here. They opened fire on him although he did not have a gun, " said the governor.
