Ahead of the Palestinian Authority's future bid for statehood, the Arab League Chief Dr. Nabil Al Araby on Thursday held a meeting with Brazilian, Chinese, Indonesian, Malaysian, Norwegian, Senegalese, Turkish and South African Ambassadors in Cairo. Talks during the meeting dealt with means of supporting the PA''s statehood bid at the UN on September 20. The Ministerial Committee on Arab Peace Initiative held in Doha on July, 14 has official endorsed the request of the recognition of the state of Palestine within the lines of June 4th, 1967 with Jerusalem as its capital and to move ahead for UN full membership.
