
Al-Qaeda militants invaded on Monday a military base in the southern Yemeni province of Hadramaut. According to Sky News, the aim of the terrorists was the headquarters of the Yemeni armed forces command located in Al-Mukalla. A car bomb blew up at the building’s entrance. The terrorists disguised as Yemeni army soldiers entered in the breach that appeared in the artificial obstacles. During a fierce battle with the guards they managed to invade the headquarters of the military command. As a result of the attack the militants killed two soldiers, one was injured. The circumstances of the attack and the number of victims are specified.
