Kuwait urges citizens to avoid Thailand for now

The Kuwaiti Ministry of Foreign Affairs urged today Kuwaiti citizens planning to travel to Thailand "to wait for the time being," and urged the nationals present there to depart this country. According to KUNA, a Kuwaiti official source said the notification was necessary to preserve the citizens' lives due to the current events there. The source urged the Kuwaitis in Thailand to contact the Kuwaiti embassy in case they needed help.
