First Vice President Mohammad-Reza Rahimi in a message on Sunday congratulated Abdurrahim El-Keib on his appointment as new head of Libya's interim government.Rahimi also expressed hope that the Libyan revolutionary authorities could safeguard unity and solidarity and establish political and legal institutions now that the country has been liberated from dictatorial system. He also called for establishment of a democratic and justice-seeking system in Libya during the scheduled period. Rahimi also voiced Iran's willingness to share its valuable experiences with Libyan side in reconstruction and renovation of infrastructures and economic facilities of that country.
