Pakistan has always stood by Syrian state and people
The Asian Parliamentary Assembly.
Islamabad - SANA
A delegation of the People’s Assembly on Wednesday met Chairman of the Senate of Pakistan Mohammad Sadiq Sanjrani on the sidelines of the Asian Parliamentary Assembly (APA) Meeting.
Sanjrani stressed that his country has always stood by the Syrian state and people, calling for enhancing relations between the two countries on all levels, particularly on the parliamentary level.
He expressed happiness over forming the Pakistani-Syrian Friendship Society recently.
For his part, head of the Syrian delegation MP Atef al-Zaibaq underlined the importance of bolstering the friendship and parliamentary relations between the two countries.
