Electricity and Water Affairs Minister Dr. Abdulhussain Ali Mirza has received academic researcher, Munthir Faisal Mohammed.
Affirming the leadership's keenness on boosting the capabilities of academic researchers, the minister praised the researcher's first of its type research in Bahrain and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) touching on foreign investment in the UAE, the potential to apply the UAE Economic Vision2020 in other Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries, the challenges of Expo Dubai2020 as well as the importance of renewable energy options.
The researcher thanked the minister and EWA officials for their encouragement of specialised research in sustainable energy fields.
