Forces stopped “Daesh” attack on Kiwan base in Kirkuk
Baghdad – Najlaa El Taee
A source in Kirkuk said that, six suicide bombers from Daesh tried to sneak into Kiwan base on Sunday dawn, but the Peshmerga forces managed to stop the attack and kill 3 of them. The other 3 elements bombed themselves killing one of the forces. The attack was stopped after armed clashes that lasted for 2 hours, but the forces managed to fully control the area.
