Bahraini central governorate, MoH organise 'Pilgrims' Health Day'

Under the auspices of the Governor of the Central Governorate, Mubarak Ahmed Al-Fadhil, the Governorate organised a "Hajj Pilgrims Health Day" under the slogan "Your Health, Your Provisions for Hajj Pilgrimage" in association with the Ministry of Health (MoH) at the Hamad Kanoo Health Centre.
The event included a health awareness lecture presented by SMC-based Consultant Cardiologist Dr. Khalid bin Thani on the theme of "Chronic Diseases and Hajj Pilgrims"
The event included medical checkups under the supervision of chief of health augmentation committee at the Hamad Kanoo Health Centre cum Family Physician Dr. Hind Al-Sindi. The medical examinations included diabetes, hypertension, weight checkups and the provision of psychiatric advice and health guidelines.
