Sweet potato soup

Ingredients Sweet Potato-2 Garlic-7 Pieces,finely chopped. Pepper powder-3 tspn Onion-Half of an onion Finely chopped length wise. Ghee-3 tspn Salt-to taste Coconut milk-1/4 cup Directions 1.Boil the Sweet potato in water till it becomes just soft enough to be mashed easily. 2.Let the steam from the sweet potato cool off.Meanwhile,pour the ghee in a pan.Fry the finely chopped onion pieces till golden brown.Then add the garlic and fry.keep this aside. 3.Peel and mash the potato,add water and coconut milk till it becomes a semi fluid. 4.Add the fried onions and garlic.Then add pepper and salt as needed.Bring this mixture to a boiling state.Turn off and serve hot.
