Zaki Nusseibeh, Minister of State, along with his accompanying delegation, participated in the 34th Ministerial Conference of La Francophonie in Paris, France, on 25th and 26th November.
The theme of the conference is "Blue Economy, Green Economy: New Engines for Creating Wealth, Social Inclusion, and Sustainable Development."
Madagascar Minister for Foreign Affairs Henry Rabary-Njaka, who is Chairman of the Ministerial Conference of La Francophonie, presided over the meeting.
The annual session of the Ministerial Conference of the organisation, which has 58 participating members and 26 observer members, is an occasion to review the economic, political and humanitarian challenges faced by member states, as well as to reflect on international and regional issues for discussion during this session.
