 On the occasion of the International Museum Day, which falls on May 10, the Sultan's Armed Forces "SAF" Museum will open its doors to citizens and residents for free on May 17 and 18 May.

The museum will be open from 7:30 am until 5:00 pm. 

The SAF Museum includes several sections highlighting the military heritage, the SAF's progress march and the care and keenness accorded by His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, besides the multilingual e-museum that use several international languages and its interactive features that highlight the museum's contents by 3D technology.
