US Secretary of State John Kerry is keen on participating in the international ministerial meeting due to be held in Paris on Friday to push forward the Palestinian-Israeli peace talks, State Department Spokesman John Kirby said on Thursday.
Speaking to reporters, Kirby said Kerry will discuss all motions and options that could contribute to enforcing the two-state solution.
This requires that leaders of all parties concerned to take necessary positive steps to ease tension and activate the two-state solution, Kirby added.
