United Nations envoy to Libya leaves Cairo
The UN envoy to Libya Martin Kobler

The UN envoy to Libya Martin Kobler left Cairo on Friday heading for Qatar, wrapping up a two-day visit to Egypt.
During the visit, Kobler had talks with Assistant Foreign Minister for Neighboring Countries' Affairs Osama El-Magdoub on the latest developments in Libya.
