Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry
Cairo - Arab Today

Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry will head later Tuesday to Jordan to convey a message from President Abdel Fattah El Sisi to Jordanian King Abdullah II, the Foreign Ministry spokesman said.

During the visit, Shoukry will hold talks with Prime Minister Hani Mulki and Foreign Minister Ayman al Safadi on means of fostering bilateral ties in various domains, Ahmed Abu Zeid said.

The talks will tackle a host of regional issues of mutual concern, especially conditions in Syria, Libya, Yemen and Iraq.

The talks will also address the latest developments in the Palestinian cause and counter-terror efforts.

The talks will also touch on preparations for the upcoming Arab summit to be hosted by Jordan in March.
