Rajesh Khanna unwell, stops food intake

All’s not well with Bollywood’s original superstar Rajesh Khanna. The actor, recently seen in a TV ad, has not been taking food for the past few days and his estranged wife Dimple Kapadia is taking care of him. “He has stopped having food since the last three or four days,” the 69-year-old actor’s manager said. “He is not able to have his food,” he added, but didn’t confirm if the actor would be admitted to hospital. Popularly known as ‘Kaka’, Khanna had a health scare in April too. He was hospitalised following uneasiness then. His current ill health brought his younger daughter Rinke to Mumbai yesterday morning. “Rinke and her mother Dimple are by his side and taking care of him,” the manager said. Khanna’s elder daughter Twinkle is expecting her second baby.
