Qatar Photographic Society conducts Al-Thani Award for Photography

The Qatar Photographic Society set October 22nd as the deadline for receipt of applications wishing to participate in the Al-Thani Award for Photography in its 12th edition for this year. The competition consists of two topics every year; one is the general where candidates can participate with works from any photographical category such as landscape, travel, photojournalism, architecture, humor, children, water, abstraction, and others. The specialized topic for 2012 is “the magic of light”.
