Southern Governor Shaikh Khalifa bin Ali Al Khalifa.

HH Southern Governor Shaikh Khalifa bin Ali Al Khalifa has paid a visit to Isa Town Police Station in Riffa and commended the support of Interior Minister Lt-Gen Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa for police officers in recognition of their efforts to maintain public order.

The Southern Governor was received upon arrival by chief of Isa Town Police Station Lt-Colonel Shaikh Salman bin Ahmed Al Khalifa and a number of officers. He listen to a brief on the security situation in the district, as well as type of cases the police station handle.

The governor praised the sacrifices made by police officers to preserve the citizens and residents’ safety. He pointed out the significance of security and stability for sustainable development and progress of countries.

He called for developing awareness-raising activities and programs to bolster community safety and security.

The station’s police officers expressed appreciation of the governor’s interest in maintaining public order, improving security services and ensuring people’s safety,
