Palestine's Abbas congratulates Sisi on convening of new parliament

Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas on Monday congratulated Abdel Fattah El Sisi on the inaugural session of the new House of Representatives on Sunday.
Abbas wished Egypt, the Egyptian people, and the Egyptian democratic process the best.
He also congratulated parliament member Ali Abdel Aal for being elected as speaker of the Egyptian parliament.
