Pakistani president leaves for Turkey

Pakistani President Mamnoon Hussain left for Turkey Wednesday on a three-day visit to attend the Organization of Islamic Cooperation Summit in Istanbul.
The summit will begin on Thursday and is expected to adopt a final communique and Istanbul Declaration on Friday. The theme of the conference is Unity and Solidarity for Justice and Peace.
The agenda of the summit includes, among other issues, the Palestinian issue, conflicts in the Muslim world, combating terrorism and violent extremism and Islamophobia.
