His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Representative of His Majesty the King for Charity Works and Youth Affairs, Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports, President of Bahrain Olympic Committee, Honourary President of the Bahrain Royal Equestrian and Endurance Federation (BREEF), commended the mare Felicity Valentine’s first place victory in its category during participation in the UK International Arabian Horse Beauty Show held in London.
His Highness praised the role of Shaikh Khalid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, owner of Al-Zobara Stable, in the production of pure-bred Arabian horses.
"Bahrain’s outstanding equestrian achievement showcase the stature of the Kingdom’s horses, due to their internationally renowned quality and well-breeding, reinforced by the great care of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa whose vision and directives played a key role in preserving and consolidating Arabian horses as part of Bahrain’s historical identity and heritage," His Highness Shaikh Nasser said.

His Highness Shaikh Faisal bin Rashid Al Khalifa, President of BREEF, praised the achievement of the Bahraini mare Felicity Valentine during its participation in UK International Arabian Horse Beauty Show, which reflects the role of Bahrain in equestrian sport and the development shown by Bahraini owners in horse breeding. His Highness Shaikh Faisal congratulated His Highness Shaikh Khalifa bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, owner of Al-Zobara Stable in the production of Arabian horses.
HH Shaikh Faisal praised the great support provided to stable owners by HH Shaikh Nasser in his keenness to preserve the heritage of purebred Arabian horses.

The Bahraini mare "Felicity Valentine" shone in the international event, winning first place in its category, amidst large participation of the biggest international stables. Bahraini horses emerged distinctly in the championship and managed to compete for various titles, which confirms the quality of the Kingdom’s purebred Arabian horses. Owned by Shaikh Khalid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, owner of Al-Zobara Stable, the mare achieved the highest rank in the mare category, with a total of 92.20 points.

Dr Khalid Ahmed Hassan, Manager of the Royal Stables, praised the support and patronage of HH Shaikh Nasser and the attention and follow-up of HH Shaikh Faisal for stable owners, which played a pivotal role in achieving outstanding results. "The event witnessed a high level of competition among participants from all across the world, but the great preparation and determination of the Bahraini participants contributed to a positive honourable result," he said.
He also congratulated the owner Shaikh Khalid on the achievement and praised the distinguished role of the training staff, who worked on the preparation of mares over the last period.
