Fathy Abdel Wahab shines light on Morsi

Egyptian artist Fathy Abdel Wahab travelled to Alexandria to take part in the jury of the Mediterranean Cinema Festival, which will take place from September 12-18. Fathy told Arabstoday that he travelled early before the start of the festival to meet some friends there, and will prepare to watch the participating works of the festival this year. He expressed his happiness about the series in which he participated last Ramadan called Al Ekhwa al Aadaa (Brothers-Enemies) and Ashgar el Nar (Trees of Fire). He also expressed the importance of the meeting with President Mohamed Morsi last week including  a delegation of artists, saying that: “The meeting was straightforward and clear, and it showed the President’s knowledge about everything related to art and creativity.”
