Erdogan to head Turkish National Security Council meeting
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan will head on Thursday the meeting of the National Security Council for the first time.
The meeting will also be attended by Turkish Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu.
The meeting's agenda will focus on the recent developments in the Syrian Kobani town, the increasing terrorist attacks in southeast Turkey and the escalated tension between the government and the Peoples' Democratic Party.
