Egypt's national handball team left for Denmark on Wednesday to take part in an international friendly ahead of the 2017 IHF World Men's Handball Championship in France to take place January 13.
As many as 24 teams from world countries are taking part in the international event.
The Egyptian national handball team has been drawn in group D of the Men’s World Championship alongside Qatar, Denmark, Sweden, Bahrain and Argentina.
They will play against 2015 runners-up and Asian Champions Qatar January 13.
