UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum left here on Wednesday for Riyadh, leading his country's delegation to the 36th Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) summit hosted by Saudi Arabia over two days, UAE News Agency (WAM) reported.
Dubai ruller is accompanied by a high-profile delegation of top state officials.
