Barzani to visit Baghdad soon

President of Iraqi Kurdistan Masoud Barzani will visit Baghdad in the near future.
Barzani and Iraqi Prime Minister Haider Abadi had a phone call days ago on the expected visit of Baghdad to discuss the Mosul fight to free it from Daesh control, spokesperson of the Kurdistan Regional Government Safeen Dizayi said.
Barzani’s visit to Baghdad comes after Erbil, Baghdad, and Washington reached an accord concerning cooperation between the Peshmerga and the Iraqi army in the battle for Mosul during a tripartite meeting hosted by the Kurdish president on September 19.
