Bahraini king to attend Sharm economic conference

Bahraini King Hamad bin Issa al Khalifa will attend Economic Development Conference (EEDC), which will be held in Sharm el Sheikh from March 13-15, said Egypt's Ambassador to Bahrain Essam Awad.
The ambassador's statements came during a meeting Sunday with Chairman of the General Authority for Investment and Free Zones (GAFI) Hassan Fahmy in Bahrain on the sidelines of he Islamic investment forum.
The meeting took up several issues related to the economic summit along with the Bahraini investments in Egypt, which stand at about 1 billion dollars.
