High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Catherine Ashton, will visit Belgrade on April 17 as part of a regional tour that would also take her to Kosovo, Serbian Government announced on Wednesday.Serbia Government still has not received any information as to the format that negotiations of Kosovo might be continued to be led in.“All parties in the dialog, both Brussels and Pristina are ready not to consider refusal by Belgrade not to sign the agreement as the end of talks.
