Samah Anwar reveals details of “I dream Studio”

The owner of Dream group, Ahmed Bahget and actress Samah Anwar are working together to finish preparing the largest talent show “I dream studio”. This show covers two aspects, art and technology, and it is almost complete.

Actress Samah Anwar said that, this project isn’t just a show, it is a huge idea with great potentials held in Dream Land and she worked on this idea for almost a year with no support, but Ahmed Bahget was excited about it, expressing his wish to present a talent show in Egypt.

The purpose of this show is to find at least 100 talents every year especially that Egypt is full of unnoticed talents waiting for the right opportunity. More than 5 thousand people have already auditioned and many of them were chosen.

Samah said that, the project consist of two parts, one to covers all kinds of arts by building a theatre, which is basically a creation center that presents new talents during Ramadan such as, poetry, acting, traditional theatre, plastic art, cultural seminars, workshops, music bands, underground bands, and short movies, where the other part is a talent competition that selects 100 new talent during the first phase which will end in May 31, where the participants are trained for 60 days and presented to the live shows and judges. The judges haven’t been decided yet, as they are trying to invite big stars from Egypt, Europe and the United States.

This show is different from the usual ones, as the audience vote during the first and the second phases and then the judges participate in the final phase, because the participants will be well trained by the time they reach the final phase and it would be fair to be judged by experts. Another difference is that, the winner gets a sponsorship for 3 to 5 years, and will be represented to the right people who will help him build his career.

The contesters are being tested and trained daily for the last 8 months, and a huge technological theatre is being prepared to receive big concerts and movies, while the technological part of this project that concerns inventors, and business projects is under the supervision of Ahmed Bahget.
