National Media Council (NMC) National Media Council (NMC) is set to commence provision of the smart electronic services to clients in all its departments by the end of third quarter of this. The Department of Licensing at the NMC is updating the smart electronic services in preparation for dealing with the clients, institutions and media nationwide.
Ibrahim Al Hosani, director of the department said the NMC has introduced since December 2012 provision of some electronic services to the clients through the NMC website, noting that the department had issued 5, 054 licences in 2013 and provided services to 4, 164 clients.
