Ricky's place is located right on Miami Beach with views of the ocean Parents-to-be Jay Z and Beyonce are reportedly interested in buying Ricky Martin’s Miami Beach home after checking out the ocean-front estate last week. The couple appears to be keen to start family life in Florida and they went mansion hunting.
A local realtor has confirmed Beyonce and her husband visited Martin's seven-bedroom home, which is on the market for a whopping $12.5 million. In addition to its opulent stucco exterior, the 9,491 square-foot home features marble floors, wrought-iron lattice work and high-ceiling archways. The mansion, located in the most expensive area of Miami Beach, also contains ten bathrooms and a massive swimming pool.
