Egypt's Minister of Tourism Hisham Zazou Egypt's Minister of Tourism, Hisham Zazou, visited the resort town of Hurghada for the second time in a show of support to the country’s embattled tourism industry. The minister held a press conference alongside the representatives of Russia's Ministry of Tourism, in an effort to improve the image of Egyptian tourist destinations on the backdrop of recent turmoil in the country.
Zazou said he was working with the Foreign Ministry to decrease warnings issued several countries, on visiting Egyptian tourist areas, adding that the areas are secure and stable.
