Versace autumn/winter 2012 collection

Milan Fashion Week Dark seduction and a sexy rock vibe inspired Donatella's autumn/winter 2012 collection for Versace that was presented during Milan Fashion Week. The collection kicked off with gothic black carved into an hour glass silhouette, accessorised with fishnet boots, a thumping soundtrack and a don't-mess-with-me-attitude. It was all the things you would expect from Versace and more. Form fitted bustiers in mesh, velvet coats and skirts. Skirts were over the knee and jackets were form fitted. Vivid colors of cobalt and orange popped over a sea of black. Oversized purses carried the same theme images as the clothing. Boots were the footwear of choice, with fishnet boots carrying over the mesh theme.
The collection was vivid and had a self-assured quality brought about by time.
