Making some changes in her life before baby gets here, Beyoncé has sold her Miami beachfront property, but took quite the loss on it. The songstress purchased the tiny cabana located
in a swanky condo complex back in 2002 for $465,000. She recently sold the 190-square foot place with only one ½ bathroom for $110,000, which was below her asking price of $135,000 and way below what she originally paid for it. The quaint beach house was rumored to be a changing place for B and her guests and for the use of the private bathroom instead of trekking all the way to the condo from the beach and/or pool.
