Sharjah Chamber of Commerce & Industry (SCCI) is allocating 50 new offices, which are fully equipped with services and facilities that are part of the chamber’s Incubate Business Program recently-launched by Sharjah Economic Excellence Network “ShjSEEN.”  The plan aims at providing an inspiring environment for business entrepreneurs, whom possess creative ideas and innovative projects to be executed in the UAE, and contribute in supporting Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) boosting economic prosperity across the emirate.
The offices will be free of charge.  Beneficiaries will also enjoy a package of facilities; free consulting services, free membership in SCCI and commercial registration by the Sharjah Department of Economic Development.
SCCI has launched its Incubate Business Program in February for the purpose of providing a startup stage for initiatives to strengthen entrepreneurship and accommodating creative innovators and entrepreneurs, whom possess creative ideas, empowering them to achieve their visions, transform their insights to distinct hands-on projects for sustainable development and to contribute in know-how knowledge-based economy.  The 50-office plan strengthens the emirate economic status, both domestically and regionally.
H.E. Abdullah Sultan Al Owais Chairman of SCCI said: “The allocation of business incubates for SMEs owners and business pioneers is a reflection of the vision of H.H.Dr Sheikh Sultan Bin Mohammed Al Qasimi Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, and patronage and directives from Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed bin Sultan Al Qasimi Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Sharjah for transforming Sharjah into an attractive investment destination for businesses and providing cutting-edge services for business incubates and programs to support entrepreneurs, talented individuals, innovations by offering all facilities for them to launch their leading creative projects from Sharjah.”
Al Owais added: “SCCI exerts intense efforts in supporting and motivating entrepreneurs to establish and develop their projects by providing them with the convenient working environment, facilities and logistic services that empower them to launch successful investment projects and contribute in the prosperity of the economy of the emirate with new sources of revenue.  This is an approach the Government of Sharjah has been adopting to consolidate the emirate’s economic diversification.”
From her side, H.E. Sara Al Madani SCCI Board Member and Member of the Board of Trustees for “ShjSEEN” stressed that: “SCCI is in progress to prepare 50 offices, in the chamber’s headquarter, that will be provided with the needed services and facilities.” Al Madani highlighted that such offices will not be exclusive to Emirati entrepreneurs, but to residents from all nationalities.  The offices will be available to visitors from abroad who possess creative ideas, which can be transformed to economically-efficient innovative projects that can be executed in the UAE, Al Madani said.
Entrepreneurship entrees will undergo study process through examining their effectiveness and ability to be executed with economic feasibility.  SCCI will conduct the study in coordination with the chamber’s partners, whom will support entrepreneurs with their experience.  The chamber partners will also provide consultation services to assist entrepreneurs in developing their work.  SCCI partners are the SharjahTatweer Forum, online social networking service ‘Twitter’, Brag Events Management, Startup Central, Formatech, Careem Company for Transportation Technology, Forbes Magazine Middle East and Skyline University College in Sharjah.

And in line with SCCI’s promotional plan and consolidation of Sharjah’s status as a favorable local and regional destination for innovation and entrepreneurship, SCCI has allocated a bus to roam around the UAE targeting universities, companies, corporations, open and public areas to expose and promote the economic potentials and investment opportunities that Sharjah enjoys in various sectors in the economy, tourism and culture.  The bus conducts two tours monthly to various investment, tourism and cultural destinations to inform the public about the economic foundations, attractive touristic and scientific landmarks across the emirate.  The bus will have on board a guide, comprising an executive, entrepreneur, artist, author, businessman or factory owner to outline the commercial and economic potentials of Sharjah, in addition to cultural events and places such as museums, the Sharjah Book Fair, the Sharjah Heritage Days and more of the activities the Emirate of Sharjah hosts and organizes through the year.
