Abu Dhabi - Arab Today

First Gulf Bank First Gulf Bank (FGB), one of the major leading banks in the U.A.E., has launched the iSave online account, a new online banking platform which allows customers to make withdrawals without any restrictions and gives them the chance to win millions. The new scheme aligns with FGB's continuous efforts to meet its customer's financial needs whilst further encouraging a healthy savings culture within the U.A.E..
The new platform makes online banking processes for customers easier by adopting the latest online technology and processes. With iSave, customers can open up to ten accounts through FGB's online banking channel and make as many withdrawals as they wish. There is no monthly fee or minimum balance requirement and existing First Gulf Bank current and savings account holders can open an account instantly.
Commenting on the launch, Huda Abdulla, Executive Vice President and Head of the U.A.E. Nationals Segment at FGB, said, "The iSave online account is yet another platform with which First Gulf Bank is working to promote the benefits of saving to customers residing in our country. At First Gulf Bank, we strive to deliver the most innovative products, to meet our customers' needs and ensure that we provide the best banking experience possible. We are investing heavily in our technology to keep it in line with customer expectations. We look forward to adding many more services to enhance our easy banking services for U.A.E. residents." Also this year, the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA) officially awarded the Certification Service Provider (CSP) license to FGB during a ceremony held during Gitex Technology Week 2013 in the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre (DICEC). FGB is one of the first banks in the U.A.E. to be legally authorised to issue digital certificates.
