The Iraqi writer Rasha Fadel, the plastic artist Gharam al-Rubaie and the German journalist Birgit Svensson, editor of the book "Ayoun Inana", participated in several cultural events in Germany and Paris in the "Ayoun Inana" project, which highlights the experience of female Iraqi writers.

The event included several cultural events held in Paris, including the French Foreign Ministry celebration of International Women's Day in the presence of French President Francois Hollande and French Foreign Minister, as well as cultural figures from all over the world. Women's issues in the country were discussed and women's issues in the world were highlighted by terrorist organizations. The women of Afghanistan and the suffering of the Yazidis Under the arbitrary practices of terrorist groups.

In the French book house, writer Ghar Al-Rubaie talked about the status of the Iraqi writer under the Iraqi repercussions that Iraq is going through and the political and social transformations. She pointed to the Iraqi writer's persistence to innovate and go through the most difficult circumstances and challenges, pointing out that before her arrival she had held a celebration in Baghdad.

The writer Rasha Fadel pointed to the difficulty of writing and expression of the Iraqi woman in a male society in addition to what he suffered under the dark provisions imposed by ISIS.

On the evening of March 7, French club of Bain hosted artist Gharam El-Rubaie and writer Rasha Fadel to talk about their careers and read some of their texts to  audience of artists, writers and intellectuals. Journalist Birgit Simpson spoke about the importance of Anana project in introducing female writers and delivering their voices.

The cultural program of the event was completed on 8 March, when the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs organized a special conference in La Corneuf (a city in the northern suburbs of Paris, well known for the large influx of immigrants from African and Arab countries) to celebrate International Women's Day. More than 200 people attended the conference.

Inana 2017 is a cultural project dedicated to the promotion of Iraqi female writers. It aims to support them, to allow them to participate more and expand their creative activities as writers and artists. The project focuses on the participation of female Iraqi writers in the world cultural and literary community, such as the French Literature House, the German Book House, the German newspapers and others, to activate the Iraqi cultural movement, especially the work of female Iraqi writers.
