Tourism Minister Yehia Rashed participated on Wednesday in a mass held by Vatican Pope Francis who embraced the Holy Family journey in Egypt as an official Christian pilgrimage.
In statements to MENA over the phone, Rashed lauded the Pope's announcement, noting that this would promote Egyptian tourism worldwide.
Reviving the path of the holy family journey will lure a large number of Christian tourists worldwide to visit Egypt.
