Tunisian people wait a new ministerial reshuffle
Tunis - Hayat Al Ghanemi

Tunisian people wait a new ministerial reshuffle during the coming period due to the current social tension witnessed in the country in the light of the current deterioration witnessed in the country’s economic situation. The increasing problems witnessed in the country pushed Tunisian Prime Minister Yossef Al Shahed to think seriously to change a number of ministers.

According to sources, the ministerial reshuffle is scheduled to be conducted in the beginning of the coming month, saying that it will include a number of ministers who failed to meet the aspirations of the government in resolving the critical issues. They added that Finance Minister Lamia Al Zeribi is one of the ministers who could leave the government during the coming reshuffle.

The finance minister raised a state of controversy during the recent period due to her failure to keep the exchange rate of Tunisian currency of Dinar before the other currencies. She said in a previous statement that the central bank will ease its interference to support the local currency during the coming period.

Local Development Minister Fadel Abdel Kafi is considered one of the Tunisian officials nominated to leave his position during the coming change. Also Minister of Energy Hala Sheikh Roho is nominated to leave the government over the criticism over her performance to protect the Tunisian natural resources during the coming period.
