Sisi: Work philosophy in New Administrative Capital based

President Abdel Fattah El Sisi on Wednesday asserted that the philosophy of work in the New Administrative Capital is to make changes on the ground.
Commenting after the remarks of Board Chairman of the New Administrative Capital Company Ahmed Abdeen, Sisi said the philosophy of such mega real estate project is based on making great efforts to make actual changes on the ground before floating the project to the society.
Sisi also said he agreed on floating 10,000 feddans for investors in the first phase of the project, then 40,000 feddans will be available for investment.
He said such project needs from 20 to 25 years to be completed, but the project is planned to be finalized in 18 months at most.
Sisi also asserted that expansion in construction will not be restricted to the new administrative capital, but it will also include 12 new cities.
