Aden - Abdel Ghani Yahia

Spokesperson of Arab Coalition Ahmed Al Essiry blamed the Houthi militias for turning Hadida Port into a military base threatening the international navigation in the Red Sea. He added, in a televised statements, that the Arab Coalition's operations will continue until returning the legitimate government to the power. He added that Hadida Port will return to be under control of the legitimate government in the near future.

He signaled that the Arab Coalition has not demanded the United Nations to protect the strategic port, while to supervise the humanitarian aids. He warned that the Houthi militias use the port to threaten the international navigation in the Red Sea and to smuggle the weapons.

He accused the H outhis of targeting a boat for refugees on Thursday, saying that they killed 42 African refugees. He added that the incident proved the insurgents involvement in human trafficking.

On the political side, Yemeni President Abdel Rabbu Mansour Hadi said that the Houthi militias and forces loyal to former President Ali Abdullah Saleh will not impose the Iranian experience on the Yemeni people. He stressed that all Arab and Islamic countries support the legitimate government in Yemen.

He added, during his speech in End Military Base, that the Yemeni government does not call for war but peace, while the Houthi militias will not impose the Iranian model on the Yemeni people.

On his hand, Yemeni activist Raffat Al Zamki said that the Iranian experience will not succeed in Yemen, saying that the country performed a historic role to prevent the implementation of any Persian or foreign projects in the Arab world. He added that the Houthi militias attempted to adopt the same Iranian approach in the areas they control, while they faced increasing protests from the residents against the Iranian ideology.

According to sources, Iranian authorities send developed weapons and military advisers to the Houthi militias in Yemen, saying that they work to support the Houthis to change the balance of power in the Middle East. They added that senior leader of Iranian Revolutionary Guards Qassem Solimani met with the Iranian military leaders to discuss the ways to empower the Houthi militias in Yemen.

In Taiz, unidentified armed people assassinated a member of Yemeni popular resistance loyal to the Yemeni legitimate government in the city, as they stole his weapon and motorcycle then they escaped.
