Secretary-General of the Arab League, Nabil Al-Arabi A well-informed source from the Arab League, said that, the Secretary-General Nabil Al-Arabi is now seeking to set up the Arab ministerial delegation's visit to Syria, after making  contacts with the Syrian Foreign Minister Walid Muallem to find out  the Syrian regime's final decision over holding dialogue meetings with the Syrian opposition in Cairo.
The source, who refused to be identified, added in a press statement that there is an anticipated meeting, arranged by Al-Arabi and will be held in the coming hours, with the Assistant secretaries in the Arab League, and the Qatari Foreign Minster’s assistant, Mohamed Bin Abdullah Al-Rumaihi, to discuss the next steps and procedures to participate in the national dialogue and to decide over the Officials invited to this meeting.
The Arab League has decided during its meeting the day before yesterday,  headed by the  chairmanship of the Prime Minister of Qatar, Hamad bin Jassem Al Thani, to form  an Arab ministerial delegation to open a dialogue  between the opposition and the Syrian regime to resolve the Syrian crisis.
The Arab League on Monday rejected a push by Saudi Arabia and its Gulf Cooperation Council allies to suspend Syria's membership in the body over Bashar al-Assad's brutal seven month crackdown
