The General Authority for Tourism and National Heritage in Medina aims with its strategic plan to strengthen tourism in the are, by implementing many programs and activities that suit people in different ages.

Medina tourism said in a statement that, the implemented programs and activities in Hejaz Railway Station are among the authority events, which came after naming El Medina as “Capital of Islamic Tourism 2017”, adding that the authority is working according to Prince Faisal bin Salman bin Abdulaziz orders to show the historical image of the area, through applying high and professional standers, that will allow the visitors to enjoy the activities.

The authority coordinated with a national company to increase the security in the railway station during the activities, in order to maintain visitors’ personal safety and the contents of the historical location.

Medina tourism invited the residents to enjoy the activities and events that will be held in the station, to celebrate being the capital of Islamic tourism.
