Riyadh - Arabstoday
Al Faisaliah Hotel South, Riyadh’s newest and most luxurious hotel has scooped the Best Hotel Project Award for the second consecutive year at the Saudi Build INFRA Awards 2012 in Riyadh. Opened in March 2011, the $50 million expansion project designed by HH Princess Al Anoud bint Khaled Al Saud, owner and founder of Al Dar Design, complements the elegance of the original property with a contemporary and equally elegant design. A total of 106 deluxe rooms and suites, designed in more than a dozen distinct styles, are the most spacious hotel units in the Kingdom with the finest furnishings and state-of-the-art communication and entertainment systems. The Royal Penthouse includes 56m² of luxury, while the sumptuous Oasis Suite features its own personal spa. Every room in the hotel enjoys Al Faisaliah’s signature 24-hour butler service. Evaluated by a panel of industry experts, The Saudi Build Infra Awards recognise the excellence in the field of infrastructure creation and development in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Receiving the award on behalf of Al Faisaliah Hotel South from H.E. Abdulrahman Ali Al-Jeraisy, chairman of Riyadh Chamber of Commerce, vice chairman of Council of Saudi Chambers of Commerce and Industry, Erich Steinbock, regional vice president and managing director of Al Faisaliah and Al Khozama said: “We are delighted to win the Best Hotel Project Award for the second year running. “For 12 years Al Faisaliah Hotel has been at the forefront of unrivalled luxury, prestige and world class hospitality, and with Al Faisaliah Hotel South we will ensure that this leadership position continues for many years to come.” Al Faisaliah Hotel is considered Saudi Arabia’s Leading Conference & Banqueting Hotel by the World Travel Awards.
